The Elf On The Shelf - Our New Christmas Tradition

My kids just received the Elf on the shelf for a present and I also am now purchasing these for every single child I know. It is a really cute idea. Santa sends the elf to watch the children after which the elf reports to Santa claus nightly and comes back to a new spot inside your home.

The children get up running around to see who is able to find the elf first. The children also get to name the elf and they also really enjoyed that too. Its a really nice tradition to help make the Christmas Season even more fun and special. I know it will be with this family for a very long time.
